Space Advocacy Groups
There are many groups that tirelessly promote space settlement among industry, the government, and the general public. By contributing your dues, and hopefully your talents, to one or more of these groups, you can leverage your voice with that of many others.
Some of the groups whose missions specifically include advancing space settlement are:
- The Artemis Society International - "A private venture to establish a permanent, self-supporting community on the Moon."
- The Moon Society - "An international non-profit educational and scientific foundation formed to further the scientific study and development of the Moon."
- The National Space Society - "An independent, international, educational, grassroots nonprofit organization dedicated to the creation of a spacefaring civilization."
- The Space Frontier Foundation - "An organization dedicated to opening the space frontier to human settlement as rapidly as possible."
- ProSpace - "The citizen's space lobby. Americans dedicated to opening the space frontier."
- The Mars Society - "To further the goal of the exploration and settlement of the Red Planet."
