Research Library Welcome to the Research Library at The Space Settlement Institute. The purpose of the Library is to provide useful tools and materials for those conducting space settlement research or who want to learn more about political, legal, and technological issues involved.  To the left are links to useful databases, tools, articles, and other resources. The articles listed directly below should make fascinating reading for those who understand that a sufficient economic incentive to develop and permanently settle the Moon does not currently exist. The answer to what that incentive could be may lie in the value of the Lunar land itself.
